Introduction
   
 

    DSI Studio provides a build-in image coregistration function to present T1 or T2 images along with tratography. To use this function, select [Slices] -> [Insert T1/T2 Images] and assign DICOM or NIFTI files to provide the source data. Then the images coregistration will be conducted in real time.

    After inserting the T1 or T2 image, the tractography can be presented with the anatomical structures.

    The inserted images can also be used to create cortical surface or iso surface, which is detailed in here.
